A federal ban would take these off our shelves — and out of every shop like ours in South Carolina. There is still time to change that.
If Congress doesn't act, hemp-derived THC products become illegal — which means the drinks, tinctures, and edibles you buy here disappear from the shelf and from every store like ours.
There is a bill on the table that would regulate these products instead of banning them outright. We'd rather be regulated than closed. If you feel the same, the people who need to hear it are your own members of Congress.
In the meantime, stock up on what you use while it's still on the shelf.
